On November 19th 2023, on the birthday of Lady Zainab, we created this charity to support people with a limb difference, and provide them with the optimal care.

Our team of experts provide the gold standard in interdisciplinary care for the rehabilitation of complex blast injuries, including those with amputation, brain, nerve and spinal injury. We have a complex workflow that involves a Physical Medical Rehabilitation assessment (designed by our team and accepted worldwide) which we conduct on patients. Your donation goes to the cost of this workflow which involves pre and post assessment, pre and post prosthetic or orthotic fitting and ongoing follow up.
We have our own referral system to find and receive patients.
The data is used to enable us to prioritise who we provide P&O services for.
We work closely with the ISPO and research scientists and those who have worked with providing P&O care for victims of the Ukraine war.
Our priority are complex blast injury victims based on needs-assessment.

As a scientific and research charity our focus is on providing the gold standard in interdisciplinary P&O services to those who need it most.
We work with research and development institutions, doctors, professors and scientists in the fields of blast injury, biomedical engineering, aeronautics, pain management and rehabilitation from traumatic injury in Universities to enhance our knowledge on paediatric blast injuries, to constantly optimise our workflow and trial new technology as well as tried and tested.
This data we provide enables researchers to further technological advancement in the field of prosthetics and rehabilitation in victims after blast injury, and we aim to be at the forefront of them, rebuilding the prosthetic infrastructure in Gaza better than it was before.

The trustees are specialists in working with vulnerable, displaced children, and an Oxford-graduate cardio thoracic surgeon. Our team of trustees is growing and we will be adding more to the team.

We ensure ourselves, our trustee???s, and stakeholders all adhere to the guidelines and principles based on UK regulations. This includes NSPCC safeguarding standards and guidance, statutory guidance from the FCDO including safeguarding against sexual exploitation and abuse and harassment in the AID sector (SEAH), the Core Humanitarian Standard, and due diligence that everyone abides by the minimum operating standards.
We provide expertise, training, knowledge, and our pathways to re-design infrastructure in damaged areas stronger than before, we offer consultancy to organisations to ensure clinical outcomes.
